Salesforce CRM Implementation, Marketing Cloud

Tribal Credit is a business card designed especially for startups in emerging markets.


Founded by serial entrepreneurs, data scientists and fintech executives who have developed and led startups both in Silicon Valley and emerging markets, this company aims to close the gap between financial and business inclusion.

Challenge

Marketing Cloud: We collaborate very closely with the entire marketing team from the implementation of the Cloud, adoption of best practices in the sector and we operate internally with a dedicated team of 4 consultants and a PM, we develop different Automations, specific Journeys for different use cases, synchronized with information from the Salesforce CRM, as well as various automations, reports, specific cases based on the needs of the areas involved, from the first contact, revenue, opportunity qualification, acculturation, adoption and training, among others. Different communication channels were implemented, both for commercial and transactional communications, associated with information synchronized with the CRM and with different integrations of external systems.


Salesforce CRM: Likewise, with a dedicated team we worked on the implementation of Sales and Service, implementing different workflows with the corresponding validation rules with the operation rules, as well as different notifications and automated flows at different levels, we maintained stability of the CRM and its integrations with different external systems at all levels, different internal projects that the different areas needed for their operation were also completed: credit, validations, collections and operations among others. In addition to providing all the reports and dashboards that were required for data-based decision making.
